Welcome to the world of downward dogs and upward stock trends! As delegates in Namaste and the Nasdaq committee, members of the Lululemon Board of Directors will navigate through a pivotal year in the company's history while powering through investor pressures to preform.
Delegates will be tasked with addressing critical issues such as the company's supply chain and quality control concerns, including the highly publicized recall of yoga pants, and scandals involving current and former members of the Board. With the backdrop of a rapidly evolving athleisure market and heightened scrutiny on corporate governance, will Lululemon be able to keep its balance?
P.S. Western Business Attire is NOT required. Please feel free to wear your comfiest workout gear and tennis shoes. It does not have to be Lululemon - whatever you have in your closet is encouraged!

Kara Swain
Kara is a senior from Houston, TX studying Organization and Management in the Goizueta Business School. It is her second time CD'ing for MUNE and she was the head delegate of EIRA for a year, so she's definitely been around the block once or twice! On the circuit, she's known for her unhinged crisis notes, obsession with Taylor Swift, and her unofficial position as EIRA team mom.
