Nayan Mallubhotla (she/her) is a rising junior studying psychology and chemistry and the pre-med track hoping to pursue a career in medicine in the future. She is originally from West Bloomfield Michigan, and she is more than excited to be the crisis director for the first ever crisis ad-hoc at Emory University. This is her second year in Emory International Relations Association (EIRA) and Emory’s Model UN Travel Team. She enjoys being involved with EIRA through various positions such as year-long head delegate for the travel team, secretariat for this past year’s high school conference, a designer for the EIRA website, as well as a delegate on the travel team. She has previously CD’d a MUNE crisis conference (shoutout aliens vs. humans!) and she can’t wait to do it again! Outside of Model UN, Nayan is involved with a research lab, studying genetic variation in genotypes of Dengue virus at the school of medicine and she enjoys reading and going to the gym with friends. Nayan’s passions in Model UN lie in the fast paced, “what just happened” moments and she hopes to embody that in this year’s crisis Ad-hoc committee. Delegates must think on their feet, bursting with energy for this wild and very exciting committee. She looks forward to seeing all the creative ideas delegates come up with and she cannot wait to meet you all in fall!
TBD
This is an Ad Hoc committee.
