The following forms should be completed and emailed to emoryenmunc@gmail.com for each participating student by March 16th, 2025. Schools should send all students' forms in one folder.

Payment Policy

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice issue. A 10% late fee will be incurred on late payments.

100% refunds will be offered until January 19th.

50% refunds will be offered until February 23rd.

We are unable to issue refunds after February 23rd, 2025.
