Delegate Changes

No changes can be made to the number of delegates after March 18th, 2026. Additions in delegate numbers will be charged at the rate of the ongoing registration period. Once the committee preference form is submitted and roles for each committee are received, delegations may not decrease in size.

Additional Notes

Delegation Size

We accept delegations of any size. However, your delegation must have at least 4 delegates in order to be eligible for an award as a school.

Adult Supervision

Any participants under the age of 18 must have an adult teacher, parent/guardian, chaperone, or trusted adult present for supervision at all times the participant is on the university campus.

Registration Documents

The following forms should be completed and emailed to emoryenmunc@gmail.com for each participating student by March 18th, 2026. Schools should send all students' forms in one folder.

Payment Policy

All payments must be made before the beginning of ENMUNC. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice issue, if issued at least 30 days before ENMUNC. A 10% late fee will be incurred on late payments.

100% refunds will be offered until January 18th.

50% refunds will be offered until February 22nd.

We are unable to issue refunds after February 22nd, 2026.
